Can I change my guest head count?

Absolutely! All we ask is that your notify us in writing at (info@slumberfortpartyrentals.com) of any changes in headcount.  Please keep in mind there is a (2) two tent minimum and an (8) tent maximum.  If you need additional tents beyond (8) eight please contact us.

What happens if an item is lost or damaged?

We get it, stuff happens. If an item is lost or damaged, we will notify you and you will be charged the retail price for its replacement.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my party reservation?

Life happens and sometimes plans change, we totally get it! We kindly ask that you provide us with a written (7) seven day notice if you need to change or cancel your party reservation. You can simply email us at info@slumberfortpartyrentals.com.

Please be sure to include your name, party date and a good contact number to reach you.  We will confirm we have received your cancellation by email.

How will my items be delivered?

A slumberfort team member will arrive promptly at the scheduled time agreed upon during booking.  If you chose add-on's for your party package, those will arrive with our team member at the same time as set up!

What areas of North Carolina do you service?

We currently serve within a 60 mile radius of Sanford. 

However, we love to travel so if you are outside of our standard delivery radius, contact us and let us know. We just may come to you next! Travel fee will apply for any reservations booked outside of our 60 mile radius. 

How do I prepare before my slumberfort party?

All we ask is for a large open space. There are many ways we can arrange tents (rows, circles, etc.) If you have questions regarding the space you have in mind, please contact us. 

For hygienic reasons, we ask party guest to bring their own sleeping pillow. 

We adore animals both big and small however, we ask all furry family members to be placed in a safe place during both set up and pick up.

Lastly, in order to quickly pick up your party rentals, we ask all personal belongings and trash to be removed prior to Slumberfort's pick up arrival time.
